He has produced and/or toured with: Guns–N-Roses, Kiss, Quiet Riot, Night Ranger, Joan Jett, Aerosmith, Neil Young, The Specials, Social Distortion, The Offspring, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Staind. As
a personal manager for 4 Non Blondes, he catapulted their careers from
42,000 records to 12 million records sold world-wide in 9 months. As
an actor, he landed several roles for television: playing
LARRY MILLER’S henchman “Lefty”
for Sony Pictures Television/The WB sitcom “The Mayor”. Playing
KATE HUDSON’S inmate boyfriend “Lee”; for Touchstone
Television/ABC’s “That Was Then”. And a Guest Stared/Recurring role
on the ABC/Family Pilot “East of Normal, West of Weird”. In addition to BROKEN,
Bobby Leigh has produced, and starred in the films K-NURD,
INFIDELITY, CHILDLIKE VIOLENCE,
BURNING MAN, BRAUVERA and BUTTERFLY
SKY (co-staring AVA JANSEN
{THE SINGING DETECTIVE, MAN ON THE MOON, DIARY OF A SEX ADDICT). He also worked
on the festival feature favorite THE DOGWALKER (Theatrical Releases
August 2006). Recently he produced THE
GUITAR PLAYER’S GIRLFRIEND, WINNER of the LOS ANGELES SCREENWRITING
COMPETITION sponsored by KODAK and PANIVISION, premiering at the FA VisionFest
06 at the Directors Guild of America. He has also worked in partnership with
IMPRINT FILMS, MOKSHA FILMS, FILMMAKERS ALLIANCE, CREOLE CELINA FILMS, a
division of CREATIVE QUEST INC and most recently with VISUALINER ENTERTAINMENT
(that have a Award Winning feature STRIPPED
DOWN on the festival circuit), as well as in the process of selling the film
to European Markets as well as a American theatrical release in December 2006. Bobby Leigh also currently has a teen horror feature film DYING TO MEET YOU in development with a major Hollywood distributor, as well as a teen sex feature film PIGLETS/DADDIE’S GIRLS in development with a major Hollywood studio. Plus two TV pilots, “Napoleonic” and “The Madness”. Plus an animated made for MTV pilot “Beverly Hills Anger Management”. | ||
